By using Kiffe, you accept the terms below. If you disagree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the app

Kiffe is provided for personal and recreational use. You agree not to misuse the service, not to attempt unauthorized access, and to respect other players.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account. Content you add (nickname, photo) must not be illegal, hateful, or infringe the rights of others.

3. Purchases

“Kiffe Unlimited” is a one-time purchase unlocking Premium features. Payments, refunds and restorations are handled by the App Store under Apple’s rules. A purchase made by a game host benefits the players of that game.

4. Content

Some themes and challenges are intended for an adult audience. You are responsible for choosing the content played according to your group.

5. Availability & warranties

The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially for online mode.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kiffe cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the app.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page indicates the last update.
